c_fruitVitamin C is found everywhere!  Its found in foods and supplements.  Supplements you need to watch out for.  Their are all different forms of vitamins and most supplements contain the synthetic forms.  You want to stay away from those forms because there is no beneficial reason for taking them.

The video was presented pretty well.  There are a few things we would need to investigate further to get a more accurate result.  Dr Know definitely proved that mixing drinks can cause a worse hangover then not mixing.  The loud microphone in the morning would make anyone wake up hungover even if they didn’t drink.  That really wasn’t fair to the drinkers…
