1. What is Zaca?
Zaca is a "be nice to your body" company." Our novelty product is the Recovery Topical Patch.
2. When do I put the recovery topical patch on?
Put the patch on your skin before going out.
3. How long do I keep the recovery topical patch on for?
Keep the topical patch on for 24 hours.
4. Where can I apply the topical patch?
You can put the Zaca patch anywhere on the body. It is recommended to put it on an area that is hairless, dry and oil free. Reference the diagram to the upper right for effective and popular areas to put the topical patch.
5. Is Zaca safe?
The ingredients infused on the topical patches are Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). GRAS is a United States of America Food and Drug Administration (FDA) designation that a chemical or substance added to food is considered safe by experts, and so is exempted from the usual Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) food additive tolerance requirements.
6. Can I swim or shower with the patch on?
Yes. The topical patch is water-resistant with a special adhesive. Workout and even sleep without having to worry about it falling off. However, it is not recommended for use in the shower or during swimming.
7. Can I use the recovery topical patch if I have a medical condition?
The recovery topical patch has all natural ingredients, however, you should consult your doctor before using it.
8. How is Zaca organic?
Zaca’s topical patches contain ingredients with no chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers and is free of any dairy or animal derived ingredients.
In addition, Zaca’s ingredients come from non-GMO sources and no genetically modified organisms, and it is free of any lactose, dairy, cholesterol, gluten, eggs, casein, peanuts or MSG.
9. What is in the Recovery Topical Patch?
The recovery topical patch is infused with 11 different organic ingredients. They include: Prickly Pear, Milk Thistle, B1, Lipoic Acid, B5, B3, Taurine, Lycopene, NAC, Magnesium and Vitamin C.
10. How is the product shipped?
All of our shipments are sent via USPS First-Class Mail (unless we need to ship it another way). It typically takes 2-5 business days within United States, and 5-15 business days to most other countries. Some countries may take longer. Shipments are only made Monday thru Friday. Upon checkout you can select Rush Shipping, which means Zaca will get the package to USPS no longer than 24 hours from the time of your order, sometimes much sooner.
For all orders, including domestic and international, delivery times are not guaranteed through USPS. Sometimes for various reasons outside of Zaca's control, packages can take longer than expected to reach its destination.
For international orders, please be aware that packages may be held at customs and cause longer shipping times. Zaca does not have control or take any responsibility over long delivery times. Upon request, we can ship via UPS guaranteed delivery times, however, you will pay prices starting at typically $25 and up.
