This is certainly a favorite of ours. A coconut berry-banana recovery smoothie. Blend the ingredients below and slurp away to detoxify, rebuild electrolytes, fight free radicals, and restore your body's normal balance. And it's quite tasty!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup berries of our choosing, frozen or fresh
antioxidant boost

1/2 small banana
for potassium and to help soothe your stomach
