The Ultimate (Workout/Hangover) Recovery Smoothie Recipe
Whether a big workout or big night out, this smoothie will leave you feeling regenerated.
This is certainly a favorite of ours. A coconut berry-banana recovery smoothie. Blend the ingredients below and slurp away to detoxify, rebuild electrolytes, fight free radicals, and restore your body's normal balance. And it's quite tasty!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup berries of our choosing, frozen or fresh antioxidant boost
1/2 small banana for potassium and to help soothe your stomach
1 tablespoon chia seeds superfood
1/2 cup Greek yogurt bring back digestive balance
1/2 cup coconut water hydrate and restore electrolytes
2-4 zaca recovery chewables superior liver detox, enhance electrolytes, muscle recovery, and more
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
PREPARATION Mix ingredients together in a blender until smooth and serve.
